Login and account help
- Use the same email you used when creating the parent account.
- If you just signed up, confirm the account from your email first, then log in.
- If you forgot the password, use the reset link from the login page.
Billing and subscription help
- Billing is managed from the parent account area.
- If checkout finishes but the app still shows inactive, wait a few seconds and refresh the billing page.
- Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the billing portal when available.
Game and progress help
- Choose an active player before going to the map.
- Progress, stars, and points are saved to the active player profile.
- If a page looks old after an update, refresh the page with Ctrl+F5.
